When you use our booking or enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, address or postcode, the service or product you are interested in, quantities, delivery or collection preference, preferred visit date, your message, and any photos you choose to upload.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and deliver or supply products. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work for you, records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.

Who we share it with

Your data is stored securely with our website hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights
